We distinguish construction issues in the shell, walls and junctions from possible circuit leaks. We can assess a building repair after your checks. Specialist pipe leak detection remains a separate scope.

Property managers and maintenance
Communal roofs, façades, garages and lift pits need access and responsibilities coordinated. We help define the affected areas and a clear proposal. A photo does not establish legal responsibility between owners.

Architects and supervising professionals
Waterproofing and damp treatment execution can be assessed within the project’s defined scope. Design decisions, structural calculations, expert reports and professional supervision remain with the appointed responsible professionals.

Start with an agreed handover
A referral, one-off assessment or coordinated job begins with the necessary information, shared with the customer’s permission. Fees and roles are agreed per job; there is no automatic referral commission.
