Understanding the problem
The edges and outlets matter as much as the surface
An effective proposal has to connect the main surface with the drains, walls and penetrations.
Flat and accessible roofs
The proposed system depends on access, exposure, existing layers and whether people will walk on the finished surface.
Outlets and standing water
Drainage routes, falls and drain connections are checked. A coating cannot by itself correct every drainage problem.
Cracks and movement joints
Changes of plane, joints, pipes and wall junctions need suitable detailing so the waterproofing remains continuous.

Can you waterproof without removing the tiles?
Sometimes. It depends on adhesion, levels, drainage and compatible materials. We do not promise an overlay before inspecting the surface.
Do you work on communal roofs?
Yes, where the scope fits. Access and the proposed intervention are coordinated with the owner or property manager.
Is the repair price based only on square metres?
No. Details, preparation, access and the final finish affect the scope. The visit costs €85; the repair is quoted separately.
