The visit is adapted to the problem and accessible areas. We compare what is visible with the building’s surroundings and repair history, and explain what remains uncertain.

- Findings and reasonable next checks or repair options.

€85 including VAT, credited against the work
The technical visit is booked and paid in advance. If we subsequently carry out the intervention, the full €85 is deducted from the work price. Repairs are quoted separately; an enquiry does not place an order.

Before booking
Send the town, an overall photo, two close-ups and when the problem started. Tell us if it changes with rain, pool filtration or use of an installation. We confirm the location, access, scope and language for the appointment first.

A focused inspection, with clear limits
This is not a structural or pre-purchase building survey, or an expert report for a dispute. Opening up the construction, specialist access, specific tests or another professional’s involvement need a separate agreement if necessary. Some causes may need further checks after the initial inspection.
Does an enquiry reserve a visit?
No. We first confirm whether the problem fits and then agree booking and payment.
Is photo guidance free?
Yes. It helps decide whether a visit is useful; it is not a final on-site diagnosis.
Is the whole €85 credited?
Yes, if we undertake the subsequent work. It is deducted from that intervention’s price.
