Understanding the problem
A falling water level does not identify the leak
Evaporation, use and the filtration circuit can affect the level. Tell us how much it changes, over what period, and whether it changes with filtration running.
Lights and skimmers
Junctions around embedded fittings can be vulnerable. Any repair has to suit the adjoining materials and the actual source.
Joints and outlets
Local repairs are considered only when the evidence and condition support them. Regrouting alone may not address the loss.
Pipework and filtration
Hidden pipe leak detection, pressure testing and underwater repairs are not offered as part of this visit. Specialist involvement may be required.

Before arranging repairs
Can you find every pool leak?
No. We assess construction and waterproofing issues. Hidden pipe leaks need appropriate specialist equipment and a separate service.
Should I empty the pool first?
No. Do not drain it just to prepare for a visit. The need and conditions for draining must be assessed first.
Can new grout solve the problem?
Not if the water is escaping through the waterproofing system, a crack or a defective junction. The cause must guide the repair.
