01

Possible water entry points

Wall-to-slab joints, construction joints, penetrations, cracks and lateral water entry are assessed alongside rain history and the building’s surroundings.

02

A proposal suited to the substrate

Access, concrete or mortar condition, previous repairs and active water ingress affect the approach. Preparation and junctions must be addressed, not just the visible surface.

03

Coordinate with lift maintenance

The lift’s operation, isolation and any equipment work belong to the maintenance company. Do not enter a pit to take photos yourself. The building manager can supply existing information and arrange safe inspection.

04

Information for the first enquiry

Send the town, contact person, history and maintenance observations. Existing photographs help us assess the scope without treating the cause as already proven.
